Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via live chat on our website and social media platforms.
  • Provide information on products and services, offer sales links, and apply discounts.
  • Identify customer needs, resolve queries, and manage complaints effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and follow-up with customers to foster ongoing engagement.
  • Develop and share sales materials to better inform potential customers.
