We are seeking friendly and articulate individuals to provide top-tier customer service via online chat. This position involves interacting with website visitors using tools like Facebook Messenger to address inquiries, provide assistance, and enhance customer experiences—no face-to-face interaction required.

Roles: As a live chat agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to messages on business websites and social media accounts. This includes fielding customer questions, offering sales links, and providing discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This role is completely remote, available to individuals worldwide, with a preference for those in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • This position is entry-level with full training provided.
