Customer Support Live Chat (Entry Level / Remote)

We are looking for a Live Chat Support Assistant to provide outstanding customer service via online chat platforms such as business websites and social media apps. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.

Role: As a Live Chat Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include interacting with clients to resolve inquiries and provide information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Must have access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
