Fully Remote Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and adhere to compliance-related regulations and policies. This role requires strong computer skills, including the capacity to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.

In this role, you will engage with customers through live chat on a business’s website or social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Remote, preferably for candidates within the United States.


  • Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
  • Independence in work habits.
  • Excellent ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
