Beginner Level Chat Support Specialist – Work at Home (Immediate Start)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive chat assistant to join our team. As a remote chat assistant, your responsibilities will include organizing and updating files, handling chat and email inquiries, and assisting with the creation of presentations, sales materials, and documents.

To excel in this role, you should be technologically proficient, comfortable communicating through various channels, and highly organized. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be crucial in providing efficient and effective support to our team and clients.

What you will be doing: Customer support chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
