We are looking to bring on a Customer Support Specialist and help answer the questions and serve the requests raised by website visitors and the diverse array of the user base. Someone who is technically inclined, eager to learn (more) about design tools, and comfortable working with a Work From Home team would thrive in this position.

As a chat support specialist, you will use online chat software to conduct short chats with website visitors. This is very similar to having a conversation over WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, so the role is easy to learn.

Rate: $30 – $25 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: You can work Work From Home online from the United States.
