Are you energetic on the phone? Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer serviceor sales experience? If so, this position may be for you! The Call Center Representative position will be making outbound chats to schedule appointments. There is no calling. The Call Center Representative will also answer inbound chat requests and respond to Social Media Chat conversations on our website. We are looking for representatives that loves customer service, sales (of any kind), and are persuasive and warm. Full training is provided, and we’re seeking candidates who can start work immediately.

What you will be doing: As a Social Media Chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from home online (United States preferred).
