We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Chat and Email Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our valued members through live chat and email channels.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
