We are looking for passionate individuals to be the first point of contract in answering emails and chat to get our customers where they need to go with confidence.

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a live chat sales representative, where you’ll connect with customers through interactive, personalized online conversations, and play a vital role in driving sales.

What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to customer questions. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 8 hours of availability per day. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per day: 8 hours per day

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
