Customer Service – Online Sales Support (Work Work From Home)

You will provide chat support to customers all over the world by answering their queries and helping them to understand the business’s products and services based on their needs and assisting them to configure products.

What you will be doing: Live Chat support workers are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their chat software each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers).

You will be given full training on how to do the job and what to say to all the most commonly asked questions. And you have a chat supervisor to help you with any questions that you don’t know how to answer.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
