Website Social Sale Rep
Our Customer Service Representative (Social Media) opening is a fully remote entry-level position. A successful rep combines proven customer service, interpersonal skills, a powerful desire to engage with consumers throughout their purchasing path, and a passion for helping our clients generate business. This role is responsible for being the virtual connection between our company and our partnering auto dealership clients. We are looking for a team player with a strong ability to handle a high volume of consumer interaction with a positive attitude and top-notch communications skills. Full training is provided, and we’re seeking candidates who can start work immediately.
What you will be doing: As a Social Media Chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work from home online (United States preferred).
