This is a job posting for online customer service chat agents, and the most important part of your job as a chat support agent is how you respond to questions from customers (and potential customers).

We have a growing need for friendly, helpful people who can work as live chat agents. You will work for businesses answering live chat messages on their website or social media accounts. These are Work From Home positions, meaning that you can do the Remotely from anywhere.

Job Description: As a live chat customer service agent, you will be required to chat in real-time, using online software to converse with customers and potential buyers. It’s as easy as using Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from the team as well.

Rate: $25 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry level chat agent job, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Work From Home work from home online (United States preferred)
