Customer Service Specialist – Remote for Moms (No Experience)

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be working as a problem solver for our customers. If you like helping others and feel rewarded by making someone’s day a little better, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer service agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

The ability to empathize, stay calm, and not take customer frustration personally are traits that are especially successful in this role.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Work from Home Online Position (United States preferred).
