Your job is to chat to customers on live chat on a business’s website or social media apps.

Have you ever used the live chat function on a website? Or messaged a business on their Facebook or Instagram page?

The person who responded to your message was a live chat assistant.

And their job was to be paid to chat with you and help you out.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $30 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours per week

Location: Work from Home Online Position (United States preferred).
