Entry Level Customer Support Specialist (Work From Home / No Experience)

We’re Hiring! We’re looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist. We are open to all talent at all levels, so please do not hesitate to reach out regardless of the role.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and helping our customer base achieve their automation goals.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support specialists handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Most questions are about discounts, shipping rates, return policies and what types of items are in stock, etc.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 to $25 per hour

Skills/background needed:

Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to work independently.
Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
Have 10+ hours availability per week.
Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
