Entry Level Social Media Support Specialist (Fully Remote)

We are looking to add a Chat Support Specialist to our Customer Support Team. Chat Support Specialist is responsible for managing our email queue during standard US business hours, helping customers with general inquiries, and triaging more technical support requests to the appropriate team members. Full training is provided and we have jobs available to start work on right away.

What you will be doing: Customer support chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Work from Home Online Position (United States preferred).
