We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Administrative team as a Live Chat Assistant. This position offers an excellent platform for professionals who are seeking growth and development in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate support to our customers through live chat channels. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering exceptional service.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
