Junior Customer Success Assistant – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

If you are looking for an entry-level position with no prior experience required, we have an exciting opportunity as a Junior Customer Success Advocate. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for various tasks, including assisting with customer quality and service claims, processing orders and returns, and providing chat support.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
