We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as remote call center agents, specializing in providing live chat support for a business’s website and social media accounts. This role allows you the flexibility to work remotely, empowering you to achieve a better work-life balance and reduce commuting expenses.

As a remote support agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support through live chat channels. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers, address their inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure their satisfaction. By leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you will be doing: As a live chat agent you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
