We have an online shoe retailer that is looking to hire 10 live chat assistants. They offer live chat sales and customer support to their customers on their website and this job posting is to hire workers to be these live chat assistants. Full training is provided and you work online from your phone or laptop.

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a live chat sales representative, where you’ll connect with customers through interactive, personalized online conversations, and play a vital role in driving sales.

What you will be doing: Each morning you will need to login into their live chat portal on their website and start answering the customer questions as they come in. The live chat software has a feature that helps you answer the most commonly asked questions easily and you also have a chat supervisor who can help you with any more difficult questions. There is a short training program that you need to go through, which takes 1 – 2 hours and then you can start work right away.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
