Website Social Sale Rep
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of providing support to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as in-person, email, and chat. Excellent written communication skills are essential for this role.
We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills, and we have immediate job openings available. You have the flexibility to set your own working hours, provided that you meet the minimum requirement of 10 hours per week.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $25 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
