The Customer Support Agent provides top-of-the-line customer support to our clients and their customers.

This is a Work From Home role that provides support over live chat via real-time/live conversations with clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and attention to detail.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: You can work Work From Home online from the United States.
