Remote Client Service Advisor (Entry Level / No Experience)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Advisor to join our team! This role’s primary objective is to help our customers place orders with us.

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a live chat sales representative, where you’ll connect with customers through interactive, personalized online conversations, and play a vital role in driving sales.

What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to customer questions. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per day

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10 + hours of availability per day. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per day: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
