We are actively seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. As the primary point of contact, you will serve as the first line of support for our stakeholders, including current and prospective members, providers, and internal customers. Your main objective will be to deliver accurate and comprehensive information regarding our wide range of health plans. By providing exceptional support and addressing inquiries with precision, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others on a daily basis.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
