Are you a friendly and reliable individual looking for an exciting opportunity? We are actively seeking live chat assistants to join our team. As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and providing support on behalf of various businesses. This can be done through live chat messages on websites or social media platforms.

One of the great advantages of this position is that it is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with an internet connection. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
