We are looking for a temporary, community-oriented customer service representative!

As a chat support agent, you’ll provide product and shipping information and resolve any emerging problems that our community might face with both accuracy and efficiency. This is a temporary position to assist during the holidays.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
