Seasonal Customer Care Representative Part-Time – Remote

Put your enthusiasm and ability to connect with people to work as part of the Customer Experience Team. Chat with customers across the United States via email and live chat.

Listen to each customer’s unique needs and guide them through the online shopping experience or help them resolve problems and remain loyal fans. We will provide training and growth opportunities if you provide a positive attitude, work ethic, professional demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 20+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Online Position (United States preferred).
