Social Media Support Specialist (Remote)

We are a leading customer service platform working in the global market.

We are looking for an energetic, multi-tasking live chat support specialist. The agent must be familiar with the Internet world and particularly with the social media platforms like Instagram and facebook.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Requirements:

Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Knowledgeable of social media applications, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
English level – Fluent/Native.
A team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide a positive customer experience for our customers.
Resolve queries of the customers through chat (and also e-mail).

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Online Position (United States preferred).
