Website Social Sale Rep
Calling all communication trailblazers! We’re on the lookout for Social Media Chat pioneers to join our league of customer support adventurers. As a chat explorer, you’ll embark on a journey to guide and assist customers, blazing a path through their questions and concerns. With your nimble fingers and empathetic spirit, you’ll conquer challenges and leave customers in awe of your support prowess, all from the comfort of your remote sanctuary. Full training is provided, and we’re seeking candidates who can start work immediately.
What you will be doing: As a Social Media Chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work from home online (United States preferred).
