Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Are you a skilled communicator who enjoys interacting with people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers and members. As the first point of contact for inquiries, you will be responsible for answering incoming chat requests and emails promptly and effectively. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, clarify information, and provide accurate and helpful responses.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $25 an hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
