We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer support through live chat. Our partners are seeking chat support agents to respond to live chat requests on various websites.

As a chat support agent, you will engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. These positions offer the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home as long as you can fulfill the required hours.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
