We are currently staffing for work-at-home professionals to join our dynamic team! Work-at-home agents play a vital role, liaising between various customers and the business entities in which we represent.

What you will be doing: As a Work at Home Chat Agent, you would be assisting customers by answering general questions and resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues via chat or email.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
