Work at Home No Experience Social Media Assistant – Entry Level

This is an open job position to be a website chat assistant. We currently have lots of different businesses hiring for these positions in India right now. Website chat assistants are the people who answer the customer’s live chat support or sales questions on a business’s website. The work is done online, normally from home.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to website customers. The role consists of successfully managing interactions with consumers to build and increase loyalty/retention. This may include answering product questions and addressing both praises and complaints. Protect the company when handling high risk contacts (pet ill, foreign material etc.).

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 20+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Online Position (United States preferred).
