As an Online Conversation Monitor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and review live chat conversations between our agents and customers. Your role is essential in ensuring that our agents adhere to the established guidelines and deliver high-quality support to our customers.
Rate: $25 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
