Our growing business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join our team as Online chat Specialist (Entry Level). We need an enthusiastic individual who can chat online with visitors and answer any questions they might have while visiting a website. The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a live chat sales representative, where you’ll connect with customers through interactive, personalized online conversations, and play a vital role in driving sales.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
