We are looking for live chat assistants who will be responsible to serve as the first point of contact for inquiries providing the highest level of customer service and knowledge to all customers/members, both external and internal by answering incoming chat requests and e-mails and clarifying desired information from the requestor. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $25 an hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection. 

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week.

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
