We are looking for Email and Chat Support Executives to assist our customers with problems related to our products.

This role is a unique opportunity to continue to grow in the customer service space while also gaining hands-on experience across all functions of the eCommerce business.

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a live chat sales representative, where you’ll connect with customers through interactive, personalized online conversations, and play a vital role in driving sales.

What you will be doing: A customer support agent is responsible for assisting customers with questions and resolving problems while upholding the Company’s brand standards including communication and conduct. Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through chat and email.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week

Location: Online Remote Position (United States preferred).
