Live Chat Customer Service Representative (Work at Home)

What you will be doing:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat on our business’s website, providing assistance, product recommendations, and exclusive offers.
  • Handling customer inquiries by offering solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Contract length: Open-ended with no fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:

  • Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and manage communications effectively.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 hours availability per week.
  • Reliable and consistent internet connection required.

Hours per week: Flexible; anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
