Live Support Specialist (Work from Home, Entry – Level)

We are looking for a Live Support Specialist to become an integral part of our customer service team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via email and chat channels, using a flowchart to troubleshoot issues and escalate tickets as necessary.

As a live chat support specialist, your responsibilities will include replying to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. This is a role that allows you to interact directly with customers and ensure a positive service experience.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).

Requirements:

  • Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Available to work between 5 to 40 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection.
