You’ll master the handling of inquiries across multiple accounts, ensuring timely and efficient responses. This position requires maintaining high professionalism and effectively resolving customer queries and concerns, making you a pivotal part of our client support framework.

What You Will Be Doing: You will be the reassuring voice on the other side of the chat widget, assisting site visitors with everything from discount codes to refund policies. Equipped with a comprehensive guide to frequently asked questions and backed by a supervisor for tougher inquiries, you are well-prepared to handle any situation.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours.
