What You Will Be Doing: You will be the reassuring voice on the other side of the chat widget, assisting site visitors with everything from discount codes to refund policies. Equipped with a comprehensive guide to frequently asked questions and backed by a supervisor for tougher inquiries, you are well-prepared to handle any situation.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Availability for 20+ hours per week.
- Reliable internet connection.
Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours.
