Remote Live Chat Support Specialist (Work from Home)

We are actively seeking dedicated Chat Support Specialists who excel in delivering exceptional customer service via email and chat platforms. In this vital role, you will handle incoming inquiries, build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, and proactively address customer needs to ensure their complete satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing: As a live chat customer service representative, you will respond to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
