Technical Support Writer

Take on the role of a Technical Support Writer and be instrumental in managing customer support. In this position, you’ll be tasked with creating accurate and comprehensive technical documentation that will act as a knowledge base for live chat customer support. Additionally, you will provide live chat assistance, offering prompt and effective help to both new and existing customers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates within the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
