Work at Home Chat Agent

Are you an effective communicator and eager to help others? We are looking for Live Chat Support Agents to assist customers via live chat on websites and social media platforms. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and requires excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with customers in real-time to answer inquiries, provide product details, and assist with purchases.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints; escalate issues as needed.
  • Offer support and guidance throughout the shopping experience, including providing discounts and sales links.

Additional Details:

  • $35 per hour, based on experience.
  • Contract: No fixed term.
  • Hours: 10+ hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet capability (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates in the United States.
