Work at Home Live Chat Support – Entry Level (No Experience)

We’re on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Specialists, specializing in interactive communication channels such as live chat. As a vital part of our frontline support, you’ll engage with customers through diverse mediums like email, live chat, and virtual interactions.

No prior experience? No problem! Comprehensive training is provided to equip you with the skills needed to excel. What we do require are exceptional written communication abilities to deliver top-notch service. Enjoy the freedom of setting your own schedule with flexible hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
